Jean-Luc Tshiyombo didn't build Global Tech Designs in a boardroom — he built it from the ground up, one client at a time. As a freelancer, he worked directly with businesses across multiple industries, developing a sharp understanding of what separates a website that wins business from one that just takes up space on the internet.
What kept showing up was the same story: great businesses letting themselves down online. Good-looking sites with no strategy behind them. Agencies that delivered and disappeared. He knew there was a better way — more ownership, more transparency, and a relentless focus on results that actually moved the needle for clients.
